Automatic Finger Jointing – Model SIP-3820
Pur Hot Melt Glue Lamination LINE
For polyurethane reaction hot melt glue, it uses a hot drum melter and uses a hot melt glue spreader for heated glue to lamination to produce the high gloss panel.
After fully reacting with mositure the glue turns into a polymer structure with high viscosity. PUR is innocuous, it does not contained solvent, Formaldehyde or Benzen, and does not have harmful substance release during lamination. It leaves no residue on the finished product.
This PUR reaction hot melt glue lamination line has a continuous process application on flat surface. The glue is highly resistant to extreme temperatures and is waterproof. This is ideal equipment for various dis-similar materials.
Surface materials include decoration paper, PVC foil, acrylic board, melamine paper, etc. Panels can be plywood, complex floor board, particle board, MDF board, sandwich board, honeycomb board, aluminum plastic panel, HPL board, Gypsum, aluminum ABS, etc.
